Welcome! We’ve kept our terms clear and straightforward so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

Ordering & Payment

Payment Terms

Approved customers have 15 days from the invoice date to make payment.

New customers are required to pay in full before production begins.

Orders will only go into production once payment has been received and artwork has been approved (where applicable).

We may occasionally request payment in advance at our discretion.

If payment becomes overdue, we may pause production, hold delivery, or delay future orders until the balance is cleared.

Artwork & Approval

All artwork must be reviewed and approved before printing begins. Approval can be given via email, WhatsApp, or another agreed method.

Please carefully check all details, including spelling, design, colours, layout, and dimensions.

We’re always happy to provide samples before production if you’d like to check materials, colours, or finishes in advance.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes can’t be made.

Cancellations & Refunds

As all labels are custom-made, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded once artwork has been approved and production has started.

Orders may be cancelled before approval, although a design or setup fee may apply depending on the work already completed.

Printing & Production

Reprints & Errors

If there’s an error on our side (such as incorrect sizing, misprints, or manufacturing faults), we’ll reprint the affected labels at no extra cost.

We’re unable to take responsibility for any errors in artwork that has already been approved.

Tolerances

Small variations in colour, alignment, cutting, or size can occur within normal industry tolerances and aren’t considered defects.

Quantity

Final quantities may vary slightly (up to ±10%). You’ll only be charged for the actual amount supplied.

Colours & Finishes

We always aim to match colours and finishes as closely as possible, but slight variations can occur due to materials, printing processes, and screen differences.

Special finishes (such as matte, gloss, metallic, or clear) may look different in person compared to how they appear on screen.

Delivery & Lead Times

Production and delivery times will be estimated when you place your order and may vary depending on the job.

While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally happen due to couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

Label Use & Storage

It’s your responsibility to make sure the labels are suitable for their intended use, including how they perform on different surfaces or in conditions such as moisture, heat, or refrigeration.

If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to provide samples or material specifications so you can test before placing your order.

Labels should be stored in a clean, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.

Issues caused by improper use, handling, or storage are outside of our control.

Artwork Files

If you’re supplying your own artwork, please ensure it is set up correctly for print (size, resolution, colour settings, etc.), unless design services have been agreed in advance.

We’ll always flag any potential issues we spot, but we can’t take responsibility for print quality problems caused by unsuitable files.

Legal & Liability

Liability

If an issue arises, our liability is limited to the value of the labels supplied.

We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including delays or delivery issues.

Intellectual Property

By supplying artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use all logos, images, and content provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any work that contains unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate material.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Communication

We’ll communicate with you via your preferred method (email, WhatsApp, etc.) for approvals, updates, and order details.
