Terms and Conditions for Label Printing

1. Approval of Artwork

  • All new artwork must be reviewed and approved by the customer before printing begins.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all details including design, colours, text, and dimensions are accurate.

  • No changes can be made once printing has started following artwork approval.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of labels, no refunds or cancellations can be issued once artwork is approved and sent to print.

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to artwork approval; however, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of production.

3. Reprints and Errors

  • If a printing error occurs due to our fault (e.g., incorrect dimensions, misprints, or production defects), we will reprint the order at no additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for errors in approved artwork (e.g., typos, design flaws, or incorrect colours), as approval confirms acceptance of the artwork "as-is".

4. Delivery and Lead Times

  • Lead times will vary based on the complexity and quantity of the order. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of ordering.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Colours and Finishes

  • We strive to ensure colour and finish accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to differences in materials, printers, and production processes.

  • Metallic, matte, clear, and other specialty finishes may appear differently on-screen than in print.

6. Label Use and Application

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the labels are fit for their intended use, including adhesion to specific packaging materials and durability under conditions such as exposure to water or oil.

  • Samples can be provided upon request before placing an order.

  • We are not liable for issues resulting from improper storage or incorrect application of the labels.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The customer warrants that all artwork and content provided for printing do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

8. Communication and Support

  • We will communicate via the customer’s preferred method (e.g., WhatsApp or email) to discuss design, approvals, and order requirements.

  • Customers must respond in a timely manner to avoid delays in production or delivery.

9. Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the labels ordered.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from production or delivery delays or errors.
