Label Printing Terms & Conditions
1. Artwork Approval
All new artwork must be reviewed and approved by the customer before printing begins. Approval may be provided via email, WhatsApp, or another agreed method of communication.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all artwork details, including design, spelling, colours, layout, and dimensions before providing approval.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, no further changes can be made.
2. Payment
Payment terms are 15 days from the date the invoice is issued for approved customers.
New customers are required to make full payment in advance before production begins.
Orders will not proceed to printing until payment has been received and artwork approval has been confirmed, where applicable.
We reserve the right to request payment in advance for any order at our discretion.
If any invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms, we reserve the right to pause production, withhold delivery of current orders, and decline or suspend future orders until all outstanding balances have been settled.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of printed labels, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once artwork has been approved and sent to production.
Orders may be cancelled prior to artwork approval; however, a design or setup fee may apply depending on the work already completed.
4. Reprints and Production Errors
If a printing error occurs due to our fault (such as incorrect dimensions, misprints, or manufacturing defects), we will reprint the affected labels at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for errors present in artwork that has already been approved by the customer, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, design issues, or incorrect colours.
Minor variations in colour, cutting, alignment, or size may occur within normal industry tolerances and will not be considered defects.
5. Colours and Finishes
We make every effort to ensure colour and finish accuracy; however, slight variations may occur due to differences in materials, printers, lighting conditions, and production processes.
Specialty finishes such as metallic, matte, gloss, or clear materials may appear differently on-screen compared to the final printed product.
6. Delivery and Lead Times
Lead times may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Estimated production and delivery times will be provided at the time of ordering.
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier service.
7. Label Use and Application
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the labels are suitable for their intended use, including compatibility with packaging materials and durability under conditions such as moisture, oils, refrigeration, or heat.
We cannot guarantee label performance on all surfaces or under all environmental conditions.
Samples and vinyl spec sheets can be provided upon request prior to placing an order.
We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage, handling, or application of the labels.
8. Intellectual Property
The customer confirms that all artwork, logos, and content supplied for printing do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
9. Communication
We will communicate with customers via their preferred method (such as WhatsApp or email) regarding artwork approval, order details, and production updates.
Customers are responsible for responding in a timely manner to avoid delays in production or delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of the labels supplied.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delays, printing errors, or delivery issues.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Quantity Tolerance
Due to the nature of the printing process, the final quantity supplied may vary slightly from the quantity ordered. A tolerance of up to ±10% may occur and will be considered acceptable. Customers will be charged only for the actual quantity supplied.
13. Storage of Labels
Labels should be stored in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. Improper storage conditions may affect adhesive performance and print quality.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage of labels after delivery.
14. Artwork File Requirements
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork in suitable print-ready formats where applicable, unless design services have been agreed upon in advance.
Files should meet the required specifications for size, resolution, and colour settings.
We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect file setup, or unsuitable artwork provided by the customer.
We will always let you know if we foresee any issues in advance with artwork.
By placing an order for any printing service, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact us before approving your artwork or confirming your order.
